Beginners' Course

In this course we teach you the fundamentals of Yoga that includes Pranayamas, Asanas, Kriyas and Mudras. We use our time tested methodology to inculcate the spirit of discipline and commitment to your personal progress.

 

Using scientific techniques and standard teaching methods, our beginners’ batch creates the proper and strong foundation on which you can build your pursuit of Yoga. Both, theory and practicals form the curriculum of this course.
