Mudra (Various Yogic mudras (simha, Viparit karni etc.  different hasta mudras etc.)

Dhyana  (Learn different types of meditation like Preksha Dhyana, Shatchakra dhyana, etc.)

 Shudhhi Kriyas Basic ahuddhi kriyas are part of traditional batch ( like Kapalbhati,Trataka, Nauli, etc)
